Wayne.  If you knew Wayne, or have ridden past the marker on highway 30,
or if you just want to assemble with your cycling comrades......

8:00 a.m.

For a bicycle ride to Wayne's marker on Highway 30
Departing promptly at 8:30
Then back to Harpers Ferry for light snacks and refreshments
