BVC-CHAT Website

So I'm overdue for a web update of the BVC site.  Some stuff
is obvious, some isn't.  If you've been looking at 
the site and noticing something that needs fixing,
please email me and let me know what that might be, and I'll
do my best to get it taken care of.  (If you've been looking
at the site thinking, "wow, that is really nice" feel free
to email anytime... :)

Incorrect phone numbers (such as mine), bad links, outdated
information, etc. will definitely be taken care of if I know
about them.

I probably won't do a major overhaul of anything, although there
are a few larger projects on my list of stuff-to-do.   Worst
case, it'll get added to my "more major projects" list.
