I called Texas Bike Coaltion (TBC), and I am waiting for a call back from
their Education director.

IF IF IF we can get the helmets ***in time*** from them they will be
$6.99 apiece, plus some kind of a shipping charge.

I may be available on the 22nd to help fit helmets.  I would
like someone there to fit helmets.  It is easy.  And important --
a helmet will not protect you if it is not on right!

You fit helmets via the Eyes, Ears, mouth method.  You should be able to
look UP with your eyes and see the rim of the helmet.  The Y of the
straps should sit just below the ears.  When you open your mouth very wide,
you should feel the helmet pull down a bit.

Will report when I know more about helmets and TBC.
