I haven't heard anything about this.  So I went and got some info -- if
we order on Monday (I still need the above info), we'll end up paying 
a surcharge of $4.50 per helmet (or $11.49 each). 

I think I see willingness for BVC to pay $700 of that bill.  Someone
else is going to have to come up with the rest of the money.

I will be out of town on Monday.  If someone gives me a call on my
cell and emails me the info needed to order early in the day, I can
probably do the ordering, provided I know where the money to pay is
going to come from.  I'd imagine I'm going to have to pay with
a credit card and get reimbursed.  (979) 693-9424 is how to reach me.

Alternatively, someone else can take care of this and BVC will reimburse --

And you'll need to coordinate with Robin Rose or Carol at the Texas
Bicycle Coaltion (512) 476-7433 to get the order faxed in.
