BVC-CHAT 100 bikes update

Final helmets update(?)  I just wanted to wrap this up because I think
a few emails that were sent to bvc-chat bounced.  Rather than quote
all, I'm going to try to summarize.

We missed the deadline to order today.  I think there were some email
delays (which happens occasionally) and the info wasn't available until
4pm.

Sounds like it was a **lot** of work for them, quite a bit more than expected.

Unfortunately, that means in order to get helmets here in time, we have
to pay an extra $450 in shipping charges.  (BVC will pay $700 for the
helmets).  

If someone finds the $450 by Monday (3pm deadline) the helmets can
get ordered.  I don't currently have the info on the kids and sizes 
to order with .... this might have been sent by email and not received,
though.

I will be out of town Monday, but the info needed for someone else to
handle is in my previous email, and/or I can be reached by phone
to help out.
