BVC-CHAT Monday Social Ride

Last Monday Social Ride of the year is tonight, 6:15 pm departing
TAMUs Research Park.  Helmet, white headlight, red taillight
are REQUIRED.  Warm clothes are looking like a good idea too!  :)

Someone inquired off list about taking on the Monday ride 
for the next few weeks and asked what he should do.  I'd be glad
to see this --

Post notice to bvc/bvc-chat about your meeting location and what you
are doing, and your contact info.  

If you are doing a regular thing and want mention on the web,
you need to let the webmaster(mistress) know to do that.  
Inclusion on the training page/regular rides
page  http://www.brazoscyclists.org/train.htm
requires you to write what you want your ride to say
and include name, email, and phone number for the ride host 
information.  You can find many examples already up there.

Announcing/promoting your ride and making sure the web is up
to date and contact info is current should be the ride
leader's responsibility.

should give many examples.
