BVC-CHAT Anti-Crash Course

I thought this was a good article from the Statesman on Crash Avoidance ...
if it is desired, I could teach such a course here ... need 5 students
minimum who are committed to doing it.  Preston Tyree (featured in the
article) might even drive out for the event himself -- he said he'd try to
come out to CS if I ever got a class together here.
