BVC-CHAT Austin Cyclist Killed Yesterday

A friend here in College Station just called to tell me to 'be careful', because he was on his way back from seeing the family of a close friend of his that was killed while cycling on 360 yesterday afternoon in Austin.  
The paper didn't list his name at the time of print, but he is from India - had been in the US for many years.  I think his first name is Arjun.
