BVC-CHAT Massage for bicyclists

I'm sure I'm not the only one who gets the occasional massage to relax or
deal with a few aches and pains that go along with intense exercise.

On a tip from a co-worker, I went and checked out Rashell Rodgers who is now
working at Aerofit on Villa Maria.  She's running a special through
Dec 31 of $40 for a 1 hour massage.

Lest you remember the Aerofit massage room of yore, rest assured, she's
completely redone it.  She also has a small heater in the room which keeps
its temperature pleasant -- in the past the room tended to be the same
chilly that the exercisers at Aerofit prefer.

I was pleased with the massage (and the price!).
