BVC-CHAT be careful out there

Two weeks ago, Joel Kitchens was cycling on 47, cresting the hill 
near Leonard.  A car passed him, then stopped just over the crest on 
the side.  Joel hit the car with sufficient velocity to crush the 
bike, suffer a concussion serious enough to keep him out of 
circulation for a week, and may have a broken wrist.
