Hello Jean Marie,



Just days ago I mailed you a package including our 2006 Club Update,
Club Census and a special request that you make a financial contribution
to support the work of the League.



The Club Update covers all the work we've been doing to promote and
protect the rights of club cyclists-please share it with your board and
members; you can link to it from your club website at
www.bikeleague.org/members/club/pdfs/2006report.pdf.



The Census is a new initiative to discover how we can serve you better
in the future.  Please take a few minutes to complete the survey and
tell us more about your club. We'll share the results with you later in
the year.



Finally, I am asking you to recommend your club make a contribution to
support the work of the League. Our club affiliation dues are kept to a
minimum and we offer valuable services such as the club insurance.  The
League is also an important voice for cyclists at the national level and
we need your support to be even more effective and influential. A
donation of $1 dollar per member from each of our affiliated clubs would
make an enormous difference to our ability to speak up for cyclists!
