Texas has a new womens 19-39 Super D champ and I am it!  Super D is
a non-technical downhill mountain bike event -- like a cross between
real downhill and cross country.  I took a few falls on the course,
but my competition was nowhere close, so I didn't worry about it.  ;)

I didn't fare so well in the Womens Beginner 30-39 XC race.  4th place.

Major bruising and some nice bleeding from too many falls this weekend.
12 year old Tyler (Thomas Pravel's son) escorted me to the medical tent
and helped me break camp.  He's a sweetheart.  I appreciated the help and
company.  I like Tyler.

More details if anyone dares to ask!
