BVC-CHAT Satellite TV on your PC: great deal or scam?

  I found this link/website which claims to sell you software which makes satellite TV video streams available to you via your PC and braodband connection. So is it a scam or to good to be true. If so, one could buy said software and watch the Giro, TdeF and the Vuelta and most of the classics as they are seen in Europe. I propose that Chris  buy said software and distribute it to his 'friends' (defined as those who will kindly offer their wheel for Chris to hang onto for as long as he would like or desire - if he continues to do his indoor training rides he won't need any 'friends' or their wheels to hang onto).
  If anyone has heard of this software(scam) let the other inquiring minds know what the straight poop is.
