I'm not saying it didn't happen, but I didn't hear about this, and as I live in
Austin, I usually do.
Anyhows, if Collins did indeed run a stop sign, she doesn't get any sympathy
from me. That assumes, of course, that "running the stop sign" meant that she
blew through it, and didn't just not put a foot down. If Collins had
been in a car
and gotten hit by running the stop sign, she would have been at fault.
I guess there weren't any witnesses...
