There's always the letters to the editor at The Eagle. I don't know if
they'd run a letter badmouthing a business and their reckless driving,
but you never know.

Not sure this is the best idea, BUT ... If we can find out who the
other rider was that he tried to run off the road, I'b be happy to sue
him pro bono or on a contingency for civil assault.

All we would need to do is show 1. he acted intentionally or knowingly,
2. he threatened imminent bodily injury and 3. he caused apprehension
or or fear of actual bodily injury.

Since no one has been actually injured, he probably won't end of having
much of any monetary punishment, but it might cause him to realize how
serious this is and/or get some publicity about how dangerous that type
of conduct can be.

Wow, we've got to try to find this sicko and put him on notice before he
kills one of us. I did a little checking around. Brazos Lone Star
Pools appears to be a local satellite of a company called The Pool
Builder down in Houston. It is run by the father of the owner of The
Pool Builder and he (the father) lives in Iola and runs the business out
of his home. Much if not most of his work appears to be in the B/CS
area, so he had reason to be in town. He may not have been the driver,
of course, but if he wasn't, it's pretty certain he knows who it was.

I have a name and a phone number. How should we proceed?
