He didn't say that was his average, it could be his maximum,
in which case it's still a valid point.
I could say the same about my light not being good enough
for my ride last night, where I went 56mph. Sure, that was only
for a few seconds (down Big View, here in Austin), and it was a
good thing it was still light out. :-)
