Another conspiracy theorist?  I guess I better not mention that my 
server is W2K and I might try to help, but I only know visual studio 
and design via .net. and whatever else they call it that runs on .aspx pages.

...you probably won't permit me on the flagpole ride if I add that 
one of my long-time friends is a windows security expert in 
Dallas.  I guess enough to get me stigmatized, uh?  ...anyway, it 
looks like that one road we were on the other day near Kurtin (Dolly 
something-or-other - can't remember) is now all paved. ...or at least 
I think I was remembering the route correctly as I tried to re-do it 
yesterday.
