I have never had a problem with cramping on the bike, even when mountain
biking in the hottest weather. I occasionally cramp in the hamstrings when I
am doing my post-ride stretching. Gatorade is my mainstay when riding in
warm weather. The only other drink I've tried was Gu2o.

I did an 80-mile mountainbike ride today (50 on-road, 30 off-road), and I
cramping in muscles that I didn't know I had. At one point, both the quad
hamstring of my right leg cramped at the same time. NOT fun!
I hear that NUUN tablets are good, but I keep leaving mine in my truck, so
not real sure...
