I got a notice from the person who mows a while ago that the bike was
stolen.  I  put him in contact with Bill Garrett, since I figured Bill
would know who to contact (Deb?  and ?)  We rode out to see it, and
I'm not sure what happened after that.  Seems mighty stupid to me to
steal a non-rideable bicycle!
