[BVC-CHAT] Input needed: Hike & bike trails in south College Station

Dear Thomas,

many thanks for providing some perspective on the planning process and in 
particular on what sort of trail is envisioned!

As I mentioned in the draft letter to Ms Garza, I think that the trail in 
itself is really a great idea that I support, and that my main motivation 
is to have a constructive dialog on how our community (speaking as a 
cyclist, not an affected neighbor) could make sure that the trail is most 
useful to everyone. I have very little interest in confrontational 
us-v-them city council appearances, and would much rather sit together and 
find common ground. [1]

Thanks again for the feedback, and also thanks for working on this 
worthwhile project!

[1] Being a novice to participating in city planning, you will forgive me 
if I propose things for which there are already existing venues such as 
focus groups etc...
