Yes! Thanks for the shout-out Willie!
I do remember that TNP with Vasanth... I thought about how great the ride
was because Willie and I got such a gap on the pack (with Vasanth's...
ummm... help ;-)
Then, Willie and I got to the end (separately IIRC) and everyone was there
already.... PISSED at us and told us how they only ended up doing two laps
instead of the three that Willie, Vasanth, and I did.... Talking about how
the rules were broken...

I was like "What? I had a great ride!"....

So, I second the motion from Willie... Though, as one who makes a TNP ride
once a month... I don't have much weight.

No rules. Take No Prisoners.

I know, I'll get dropped quicker maybe, but what doesn't kill, makes you
stronger... or, in this case, angrier.

Bottom line, IMHO, this ride is supposed to be the fastest race pace ride,
heart beating out of your chest, attack til you puke ride around. I used to
get dropped every week back in the day, then after a month or so, I was
staying with etc (now, I get dropped again though...haha)

I think it helps people get stronger and ride smarter to get dropped. Or,
for some, it makes them give up.

PS... Today has been a great day for reading hot emails from the AMCT and
Riders listserves! Keep em coming!!! :-P
