[BVC-CHAT] SAFE PASSING BILL - FYI

The Governor dissing the safe passing bill is a topic of conversation
here at the Smart Cycling conference as well!  There are 12 Texas
cyclists in San Jose for the conference.  About 80 participants total,
30 women.  Most are older men (retirement age).  So I'm a little
demographically challenged except for being a Texan.

California has the largest contingent, obviously.
