[BVC-CHAT] Bike News

Talked to a friend of mine, Jeff, that lives at Cooks Point.  He said there is a local "cyclist" who makes beer runs to the store on his bicycle.  He then sits along the right-of-way drinking until it is all consumed.  Jeff speculates that this was more than likely the deceased.
