[BVC-CHAT] Bike/Ped/Greenways Master Plan

There was a community meeting on Bicycle and Pedestrian Facilities and
a Greenways master plan ... or something like that.  Tom Woodfin, Deb
Barton and I were in attendance.  I am hoping one of them will report,
since I left early due to exhaustion and brain death after using what
little mental power I had left to fill out the feedback form on
bicycling and pedestrian facilities in some detail.  ;)  Since I'm
only running on one cylinder, I'll sign off with that.
