[BVC-CHAT] Re-routing of May Day Challenge recommendation?

I don't believe it is on the route, but Rock Prairie south of 40/Fitch has
some dug up  / unpaved sections. If the route snakes through
that nice (something creek?) subdivision on the 40/rock prairie intersection
the bad pavement is missed. Other than that, I think it is all good.

There is a bit of gravel on Cobb, which two weeks ago was pretty bad, but
this week it had packed in to a reasonable level.
