You are correct that the phrase "stinking badges" comes originally from
The Treasure of the Sierra Madre, but the exact line "We don't need no
stinking badges!" that you are alluding to is from Blazing Saddles. 
The line from TTSM (which obviously inspired Mel Brooks) is "We don't
need no badges. I don't have to show you any stinking badges."
