[Bvc-chat] Bike Maint Stations for TAMU - Link to pic so smaller email so you can reply

Are there any plans to update any of the spaces on campus that have
"wheel-bender" bike racks or inadequate numbers of racks relative to the
numbers of bicycles parked around them?

If not, what is the most effective way to organize people to advocate for
such a thing?  This is motivated by self-interest, as I park in a
"wheel-bender" rack every day and it is having adverse effects on my ride
to and from campus.  I'd greatly prefer to see better rack accommodations
before repair stations, but that's my $0.02.
