size=3>Robert Rose reported on the Pedestrian and Cycling Task Force for

Preston Tyree attended and gave a presentation on bike/pedestrian safety.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Short term projects – stripe the north
end of the street and add (more) street lighting.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Long term projects – get matching
funding, improve drainage and resurface the road through Texas Department of
Transportation.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>By naming the
improvements a “special project”, College Main will be eligible for some

series was initiated to earn money for the club – currently there is a
disparity between what new and current members pay for the series.<SPAN

pay a reduced rate?<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Making it a
club sanctioned event was put forth, but that was countered with the fact that
bylaws will need developed to cover that and may limit participants to members
only.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Also, is the time trial
course OK with participants?<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Any
