BVC Time Trial Fixes and Membership Fixes

If there are any fixes to names in the TT (e.g. Chris Hardy instead of
Kris Hardy, Mary Inbody is really Tiffany Inbody), or to our membership
list, please send me the information, I'm updating it.  I noticed on
membership we have David Nelson, Kate Nelson and Katherine Nelson, I suspect
two of those people are the same person
(you can guess which).  I am also pretty sure that Nico Spronk and
Nicolaas Spronk are one and the same.  Anything else?

I will NOT change your TT times for anything less than a substantial
bribe.  On the other hand, come up with something really good and
you too can have a world record time... ;)
