BVC Road 1 Cycling Training

Just a reminder that we have a Road 1 course coming up on January 30/31.

Friday Jan 30, 6-10 pm at the Family Support Network at 219 N. Main in
Bryan, TX (Main and 24th).  We are instructed to use the elevator with the
green light above it.

Saturday Jan 31: 8 am - 2 pm, location TBD on Friday, mostly on bike
but with a written exam.

If you know you are planning to attend, please go to
http://www.brazoscyclists.org and fill out a registration form and mail
it in with your $20 deposit TODAY.   If you can't do that TODAY, you still
need to go to http://www.brazoscyclists.org and fill out a registration
form and you also need to CALL ME (693-9424 eve or 690-5700x213 day)
to tell me you are planning to attend.  

The cost for the full course is $65 unless you are a member of
LAB, TBC or BVC, in which case the cost is $50. 

The Friday evening class is a classroom-type class and
runs from 6-10 pm.  You may do this course without doing the Saturday
course.  You may take this part of the course and not the other part.
If you only take this part of the course the cost is $35

The Saturday class will go from 8-2 (approx) and be mostly on-bike
work.  So bring weather appropriate clothing, food, water, etc.
We will take a written test at the end of Saturday.  

If you decide to take the course at the last minute, give me
a call, fill out the registration form and show up.
