BVC Upcoming Events/Our next meeting is Wed Feb 16

PMS ride this Saturday, 9 am from the College Station High School
Parking lot.  Men and women welcome for beginner friendly routes of
14-26 miles, helmet and ATTITUDE required.

BVC meeting WEDNESDAY, February 16, 2005 at 7:30 pm at the Blue Baker.
We have a lot to cover, and I want this meeting to be short.  Bring
your thoughts, but make them concise.  If you want something on the
docket for discussion, convince me, otherwise we are going to try to
restrict ourselves to the following:

1) Jersey Design update/Sponsor information/Order information

1.5) Shorts order

2) Bike to Work Day.  We need to arrange for the following to get done
(I.e. I am going to do my levelheaded best to assign these jobs to
various people):

	2.1) Pick a day.
	
	2.2) Contact Freebirds and possibly other Northgate Businesses
		to coordinate giveaways.
	2.3) Coordinate with Billy on the Bike Giveaway.
	2.4) Write press release on BTWD.
	2.5) Contact Bryan/College Station City Councils for Proclamations
	2.6) Web page for BTWD
	2.7) Post notice on campus bicycles OR arrange other advertisement
	2.8) Find Volunteers for the actual day BTWD
	2.9) Arrange Bike to Donut as desired.

3) Elections in March -- bring ideas and nominations.  I would like to
nominate Shawn Hokanson for Vice President, with the idea that he will
then succeed me as club President role in the 2006 election.

4) Forward Fest is Saturday, April 2 and will take place in downtown
Bryan.  We acquired the Beetlelady and Krishna at Forward Fest 2004.
We need booth-sitters if we are to have a presence at FF 2005.
