BVC Saturday Caldwell ride

Hey "rec" riders,

Most all of the hammerheads will be off racing Wahlberg and Pace Bend  
this weekend, so come on out and join those of us who are, uh, less  
than race-fit on the Saturday morning ride!  The pace after Twister's  
will be brisk as usual, but steady, and certainly nothing approaching  
the brutal tempo of last week when most of AMCT's "A" riders showed up!

Hope to see you there.  I'd really like to see Sat mornings become a  
rec/hammerhead mix as in days of yore.
