[BVC-INFO] BVC-INFO IS FOR RIDE/BIZ ANNOUNCEMENTS ONLY!

BVCers:

I know it might take a little time to get used to it, but PLEASE  
restrict discussions of this sort to BVC-CHAT.  We created BVC-CHAT  
because we were losing people right and left who only wanted ride and  
biz info.  So again: BVC-INFO is for BVC ride and business  
announcements ONLY.  I really don't want to have to turn this into a  
moderated list, as that will affect the timeliness of the information,  
but one way or another we will keep the volume of this list low and  
the posts on target.
