I will hope to see a nice B group at the Flagpole this weekend,
perhaps even with a median age above nineteen (not to insult last
week's riding companions, it was lots of fun, but I felt a little
aged!) I will be out at the Flagpole and probably heading to Cook's
Point.

I am also interested in riding on Sunday, if anyone else is. My
preference is usually for morning. I will propose 9 am from the
Shellron (Shell station at Hwy 6 and Hwy 30). Perhaps we will try
Elmo Weedon/Hardy Weedon loop since I hear it is now entirely paved,
perhaps with a return through Wm. Fitch or Bird Pond to put on a few
more miles. One firm RSVP will insure my attendance, if there are no
RSVPs I reserve the right to sleep in. Start time/ride direction is
debatable, but please start the debate quickly if you want to ride in
the morning and want another start time.

My usual pace is about 15 mph if left to my own devices. I generally
like to ride 40-50 miles on Sunday. I also adore the cookies out at
the Carlos Store.

I can also be contacted by telephone: 979 693-9424 for anyone not
thinking about Sunday plans until late Saturday!

Have a good weekend no matter what your plans are!

Jean Marie
