I am out of town and so is Tom Woodfin.  Hopeing some others will show
up to help make up for our absence!

There is a lot of bike and ped stuff going on at this council meeting,
so it is important for cyclists and pedestrian advocates to attend.

There will be a City Council Meeting on Monday, May 17th  that will
include a public hearing, presentation, possible action and discussion
concerning approval to bid the multi-use path along Harvey Mitchell
Parkway (FM 2818). The multi-use path will run parallel to Harvey
Mitchell Parkway on the north side from Welsh Avenue to Longmire
Drive. Construction should be completed by Spring of 2011.

If you are interested in attending, please join us in Council Chambers at 7 p.m.
