[Bvc-info] Monday Social Ride

I am confirming ride plans for tonight.  Many people emailed to
indicate they would attend!

Depart Technology Loop at 6 pm.
Plan for the short route (~14-15 miles)
Helmet but no fancy bike required
headlight and taillight recommended
Ride is relaxed pace, ride-and-chat (recovery ride to the fast folks)
