I just uploaded an update to annexb:

This contains everything through Section B.3.5
plus major updates to the earlier sections of
B.3 and a few minor updates to B.2.

It's getting there, but each change to one part
has effects on the others.  Sections B.3.6 thru
B.3.12 are still undergoing major revisions.
