[CL] 24707 Annex C defects requiring action

to the CL editing committee (i.e., anyone reading this list!):

Chris Angus has identified several defects in 24707:2007, Annex C  
(XCL). They are indicated on the revised defect report (at  
cl.tamu.edu) dated 20-Dec-2007 and numbered 24707/013 through  
24707/020. All of them require some action -- decisions, specific text  
changes, etc. -- from this group.

Thanks to Chris for finding these and starting us thinking about how  
to solve them.

Of course, any additional defects can also be reported.
