Well, allow me to re(?)submit the last changes 
which did not get into the final draft.

Yes please, so I get the page references exactly right.

Now we have a little bit of a breathing space, I 
will also undertake to try to get the XCL in 
appendix C *exactly* in line with the CL abstract 
syntax. There are still one or two places where 
they do not quite match up since we fixed the 
high-level bug in the CLIF syntax.
