Basic Logic Dialect (RIF-BLD) and RDF&OWL Compatibility (SWC).  Send any

PS If someone feels like coming up with a common logic syntax for BLD, it would 
be greatly appreciated.  I've been "meaning to do it" for over a year now and 
haven't gotten to it.
