[CSPS] Addendum to CSISD 12/14/04 Board Meeting

CSISD  has reduced the number of Gifted and Talented specialists in 
response to budget reductions, and that has
affected the District's method of delivery. The District will not apply for 
a waiver to use state funds for campus-wide activities because it doesn't 
have the personnel to administer the activities. CSISD classroom teachers 
do meet the
training requirements for GT work, however. State funds will be used for 
targeted GT students only.
