[CSPS] Forward Fest a success - Bryan

CSPS--

I thought the ForwardFest was a resounding success, too.  The weather
cooperated, the music programs at the Palace were top-notch, the
children's activities were fantastic, the art pavilion was great, and
the variety of groups participating with tables was exhiliarating.
Three cheers to the organizers!

Being a Bryan resident with two grandchildren in BISD schools, I would
like to see a BPS, or a B/CSPS, set in motion.  I don't have time or
energy to do it myself, but I hope some inspired citizen can set up an
organization soon.  Our schools do a great job, but without community
input they cannot do their very best.
