[CSPS] CSISD Board Meeting Minutes

Thanks to Linda and Paul for providing this.

In regard to the editorial comment on funding cuts for language arts -
do we have any details on this yet? My daughter's French teacher told
them yesterday something about the legislature dragging its feet on
money for new foreign language textbooks but she did not have any
specifics.
