[CSPS] CSISD Board Meeting Minutes

I have no details.....it was an offside comment by Steve Aldrich, School 
Board member that got my attention, so feel free to contact him for further 
details.  You can say L. Parrish suggested this as he is a friend and 
realized I was there taking notes.
