[CSPS] Fine Arts Team for CSPS

CSPSers:

Since fine arts textbooks are to be selected this year AND fine arts funding 
is likely to be under assault in the coming legislative session, several of 
the members present at our last meeting agreed to serve on a "Fine Arts 
Team" to keep us apprised locally of what we can do to affect the fine arts 
funding outcome at the state level and also to provide oversight on the 
local fine arts textbook selection process.   In addition, they may 
determine other ways that CSPS can support fine arts in CSISD.

    The head of this team is Lisa Halperin.
