[CSPS] notes from CSISD Meeting and Oakwood concern

Thanks to Susan for that excellent report!

A couple of points:

1. Living Wage - The speaker was Bobby Slovak.  This is a great step toward 
gaining visibility in the community (raising consciousness) on this issue.

2.  Growth 2 Committee:  The CSPS board needs to move quickly to contact 
Mike Ball and board members to insure that a number of CSPS members are 
appointed to this committee.  And I encourage you to serve if asked (or even 
volunteer by contacting a board member you know!).  Not only will it be 
extraordinarily informative, but the issues addressed will be extremely 
important to where, how and why we grow as a community.

The ISD has tended to just "follow the growth" but it's time to take another 
approach, particularly if we're concerned about bussing minority and 
economically disadvantaged kdis all over creation in order to prevent 
re-segregation.
