[CSPS] TX school finance - action needed this week

Dear CSPSers:
Mike Ball, Deputy Superintendent for CSISC, responsible for budgeting, facilities, etc., has been in contact with me regarding bike access to Oakwood and AMCMS, but also took the time to write about his concerns over school finance legislation and how this might impact our kids.  He believes that calls to Fred Brown and other legislators are very important early this week.  Please read his note and attachments and contact legislators if you so choose.
