[CSPS] Mayor Silva's comments

I think we need to educate the mayor and council that though the prayer is
not illegal , the council's decision is offending and alienating many people
and dividing the community. I think we need to deliver that message in a
strong, united voice, via e-mails, phone calls, petitions, and perhaps a
public protest at the next council meeting.
