[DP-Announce] No execution today -- Vigil cancelled

I've now been corrected.  Both executions scheduled for this week 
were stayed!  So all vigils this week are cancelled.  The execution 
scheduled for next Tuesday is still scheduled to proceed.

There are still spots open at the TCADP annual meeting in Austin on 
Saturday.  Join us.
