  Texas is scheduled to execute Heliberto Chi tomorrow, Thurs, 8/7. A  vigil will be held in College Station at the corner of Texas Ave. and  Walton from 5:30-6:00.   If you have one of the Execution Today signs, please post it all day  on Thursday.
